Ed was very knowledgeable in the real estate market, once we met with him and gave him our criteria he knew and understood what we were looking for. He is absolutely a true gentleman! Ed was extremely helpful in all aspects of the process!! Kimberly helped me purchase my very first home about 5 years ago. She was so helpful with what to look for and what to avoid. Her professional opinion helped me purchase a home that we just sold this past year together. Again...in the selling process she was always available and upfront with us and helped us get the very best deal for our house, which was making some money :). On top of that she was with us on the build of our new home. She offered contacts with home inspectors and helped walk us through the building process. We selected Cathy to work with us on the sell side initially and as a result of her fabulous performance we decided to engage her on the purchase side as well. We were extremely impressed with various aspects of her efforts. She was always timely and responsive to everyone's needs (there are always multiple parties that need to be balanced - sellers, buyers, agents and various other constituencies that are involved/providing services). In any deal there are always hurdles to over come and true to form both the purchase and sale had items that needed to be addressed.
