Kimberly is AMAZING. Kimberly is so knowledgeable about the real estate world, but also mortgages. She really helped us out multiple times to understand the process as this was our first time ever buying a home. She was always easy to get in contact with and scheduled visits to potential houses very quickly. My favorite thing about Kimberly is that she was just truly fun to work with. She really got our vibe as a couple and always made us feel like she wanted the best for us. We really wanted this home, but the deal kept falling through for different reasons including the bank, the condo association, the owner’s reluctance to pay added condo fees, etc. Each time Willy managed to save the deal and to protect our purchase agreement by negotiating with the seller and his agent. Willy also sold our former house. Selling and buying is a stressful process but thanks to Willy we did it!

Willy did an excellent job of representing us. He gave us great advice when it came to setting our sale price and gave excellent advice as we got into the negioation phase. In a crazy world Willy was unflappable and focused on getting the condo sold. I would recommend him if you are looking to sell your property.

I've known Willy for quite a few years, and when I was building a house In Manatee County, I called him to ask a few real estate questions. He helped me out with the questions and then said he would be able to be my agent even though I was in Manatee. I agreed, and the rest is history. Willy is knowledgeable, considerate and made suggestions during the process to make things easier. He is highly recommended.
