To anyone who is seriously planning to buy a home, Simone is the person to help you. Simone is thorough, tenacious, sweet as honey but firm in her business dealings. She is no pushover. With Simone on your side you will receive reliable information and she will work to get you a most fair deal. I ended up buying a home "as is" and Simone still managed to negotiate some repairs which saved me a good amount of money. Simone really looked out for my best interest from beginning to end. I would not want another agent because anyone else would be a dissapointment after the dedicated service I received from Simone.

My experience in the sale of my land in Lakeland was truly unique. Simone had helped us with the purchase of our house in Florida 4 years ago and we were so happy with the service she provided us then that we knew just who to contact when we decided to sell. Simone met with us while we were in Florida and when we left to return to Canada we knew we were leaving our house in good hands. She worked with our management company to arrange showings around our rentals. Simone quickly had our house on the market and had a great advertising campaign in place in no time. We were extremely happy with her professional service and she had our home sold in no time. With us in Canada she provided us with all the information we needed to close from here and always kept us in the loop.
