We had worked with Simone in the past when we rented houses. We liked her personality, her dedication to finding us exactly what we needed, and her ability to hear what we were saying. Simone was honest with us when we were thinking about what to offer on pricing, issues with the home, and other items we had no idea about. Everything above. Perfect man for the job. We bought our previous house from Chris Godkin and he was perfect. He knows how to deal with difficult clients like myself. He Allows me not to waste time. He understands that he just needs to guide me, I will do all the decisions myself. He has the best local knowledge. He is fun and caring. Great with our four kids. This guy just really knows his stuff. In my 19 year marriage we have bought 12 homes and Chris is by far the best agent ever! He is in a league of his own. I will never buy another house here without Chris being involved. When he resigns I will stop buying homes. I hope he will work for many many many years to come! The best man for the job! His explanations are too long for my husband during work hours.

I had spoken to about a dozen brokers including the "local team" identified by my Credit Union where we obtained the loan. All of them seemed to want the quick deal and move on to the next. They really didn't seem to care about our situation. The first time I spoke to Chris, he tactfully educated me and was not in a hurry. He took lots of time answering my questions and understanding our situation. All though Chris had numerous clients that demanded his time, he always gave us the time that we needed and was outstanding with prompt communications even late at night. After we got a tour of the home, we decided to make an offer. We firmly believe that we would not have the house today if it wasn't for Chris working quickly, thoroughly and late at night to prepare a written offer. Thanks to Chris, we were the first written offer received on the day the house went on the market. The Seller's agent even stated that he had cash offers but he received our written offer from Chris first. Our first offer was rejected but since Chris took the time to understand our needs, he knew there was a huge teak dining table in the seller's home that my daughter wanted. Chris was able to get it included in our counter-offer and he kept the deal alive.
