We reached out to Diane for sale of our condominium after a disastrous experience with another agent/firm. Diane immediately grasped the nature of the sales challenge,(high value/high price) and during the onset of the Covid epidemic, which limited showings and in person visits. Diane put together a terrific video for the property that showed off its unique assets and identified its unique features. Once a buyer indicated interest, Diane was very good about follow-up. Once an initial offer was made, there were several rounds of addenda, and several difficult conversations and negotiations with the potential buyer. Diane always maintained an optimistic attitude and a patient outlook while dealing with these challenges, which continued up to the initial closing date...and beyond.
