Diane was absolutely wonderful to work with! Other than the stress of actually buying a home, it didn't even feel like work; it felt like a friendship. Being a first time home buyer, everything was new to me and I had so many questions about EVERYTHING... and Diane was in my corner every step of the way even when I felt like the housing market was against me. She was personable not just with me but with all of the other agents, the competition (other buyers), and sellers we interacted with. She was quick to point out all the facts of each home we toured and if she didn't know something I could count on her to find out for me. Sale went fine. Open houses were well organized and attended. Setting the price in this market was difficult. Kristy was at showings to support sale. Overall a success. Road to closing was rough. Buyer and buyers agent continually asked for more threatening to walk constantly. She had to defend and stuck with it. Overall- would use her again.
