Brilliant & Efficient Professional Services

Extremely professional and reliable
Sherlyn is an excellent realtor. She walked me through the home buying process every step of the way. I’m an out of state client and she facilitated virtual showings and in-person showings when I flew out. Sherlyn is reliable and can be reached at anytime; even when she’s on a call she text you immediately to inform you. Sherlyn never makes her client feel like they are bothering her which makes me feel comfortable. I definitely will recommend Sherlyn whenever possible to anyone purchasing a home.

Best Real Estate Agent Ever!!!
As a first-time home buyer we had done some research beforehand but was really grateful for Sherlyn Clark of Berkshire Hathaway! I can’t speak highly enough of Sherlyn, her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. The process went so smoothly and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She offered her opinion when we asked and helped us to consider things we hadn’t thought of. Lucky to have Tammi Johnston as my agent
I was very lucky to have Tammi Johnston as my agent in the recent purchase of my new home. I initially gave her my "wish list" and she, in no time at all, found the perfect property for me. During the entire purchasing process, she always kept myinterests above all else. There were several problems with the property (a bad septic tank was one). Tammi handled all negotiations with complete confidence using her extensive knowledge of construction and real estate legalities. She always went above and beyond by personally researching and contacting the various governing agencies for extra information to resolve any complications. Tammi was always in contact with me regarding not only the property purchase, but the entire accompanying mortgage process. Ms. Johnston is a perfect example of what a client desires in their realtor and, as such, is a valuable asset to Berkshire Hathaway.

Tammi was THE BEST!
Tammi was THE BEST! And I should know as I’m a commercial broker myself, only I handle commercial properties in Hillsborough county. She was so great to work with as she was uber professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to take care id things not within her scope of work. I really appreciated this bc I live two hours away! I’d recommend her all day, everyday!!!
