We decided to put our home of 13 months on the market after in-depth discussions with Tina & Laura. We determined we could possibly net a very large return with the state of the current market. We priced it fair with the expectations of multiple offers. Within days we received an offer over asking price and were able to secure a contract on our current home. Our buyers were well qualified and closing was worry free. Our purchase on the other hand was challenging to say the least. The seller presented multiple challenges to Tina & Laura and they really did a fantastic job handling each and every issue. It was probably one of the most difficult transactions they have ever had to deal with.

Sherlyn was great. She had a lot of excellent advice about the market and what was going on as far as trends in the real estate market. We did look at a few houses that peaked our interest. She had advice on several of them, and that advice turned out to be excellent. In the future we may need another agent to help sell a home, and I will not hesitate to use Sherlyn again. I wholeheartedly recommend her for anyone who needs an excellent real estate agent either to sell your home or if you’re looking to purchase a home, she helped us find a home of our dreams and to negotiate a great price for it and not overpay.
