My wife and I sold our home with Mr. Trawick and were extremely satisfied with every aspect from the initial meeting to the signing at closing. Ted was professional, polite, and respectful, and we felt as if we were given equal attention and time, even though our property was on the lower-end of the sales spectrum. He always keep us up-to-date throughout the process, and was patient with all of our inquiries and questions when we had a delay in our closing to an issue with the buyer selling their home. Ted is very proactive and sold my house quickly. He offered suggestions regarding how to write the listing that I found helpful. He kept in touch with me regarding the showings including comments that were made. The only thing he forgot to tell me was that I could port my homestead exemption. The realtor I used to purchase a new home gave me that information. Possibly it is information he gives buyers, not sellers. Overall I feel he did a good job. Bonita Link
