Ted was willing to broaden his geography in finding us a home while most realtors won't. He also went the extra mile by doing Zoom with us a few times when we were not even in FL, and guided us through the decision-making process of buying a home time and again. This was invaluable when my wife and I needed help in what to do in critical junctures of the buying process. Ted displayed integrity throughout our real estate process with him; his replies were truthful, which was most appreciated. I almost forgot that Ted has an excellent associate in Ryan Geyer of Sunshine State Home Inspection, who was our home inspector; he served as a valuable resource as well as Ted in deciding for our new home!
