Kim was incredible to work with. Kim was honest, fair, accessible, knowledgeable, understanding, and made sure that every question was answered, every document was understood, and made this process of selling our family home as smooth as possible. She made every effort to make sure that I was able to ensure that my child, who struggles with transitions, was as comfortable as possible. I cannot imagine having gone through this process without her assistance and knowledge. I cannot recommend her enough!
