•Abby was the person assigned to help us from day one and she is an absolute gem to work with! Her communication was efficient and we knew what was happening at every stage. Even during that gray area where you’re just holding your breath while everything goes through. Our experience was unique in that we needed to secure housing while PCSing from overseas. Abby was happy to physically go door to door for us to figure out what our priorities were in a home. She and her team were our eyes and ears throughout the entire process and we can confidently say now that we are in our home and settling that they did exactly what they promised! They were present for the inspections and walkthroughs, handled all the moving pieces of the electronic documents, communicated on our behalf despite the time difference and continue to be available to us after for questions about little odds and ends. We are first time home buyers and this was a HUGE decision to make in our position. We didn’t know where to begin. I can confidently say we made informed decisions along the way thanks to Abby and the Kat Kosmala Group. We are so pleased with our home!
