Maria moved to Fort Myers, Florida in December of 1999 from Michigan where she purchased and sold homes for herself. Maria was a stay at home mom when first moving to the Ft. Myers area. She has always had a passion for real estate, even when she wasn’t buying homes, Maria began looking for opportunities in Fort Myers and found herself selling real estate instead. Maria started working for a Lennar Homes, a national developer, in 2004, but was quickly recruited by Meritage Homes. She sold real estate in gated communities for Meritage Homes and shopping gated communities for comparison became a hobby! Maria now specializes in Gated Communities and the lifestyle they offer. Absolutely a gold medal performance.

Maria and her assistant Cayla went above and beyond to make our new home experience perfect. We were buying from out of state which can be complex, they were so helpful from the beginning all the way through closing from state to state. Every detail went off without any problems or issues. Their guidance through this process was priceless.

Easy Transaction

We had a fast turnaround closing and Maria made it happen without a glitch. We bought from out of state and Maria and her team helped with the walk through and looking at properties via face time. Everything was easy and she found us exactly what we were looking for. We are very happy clients.

Knowledgeable and Trustworthy

My wife and I have nothing but positive things to share about our experience with Maria. We worked with her when we first purchased our condo, and never hesitated to contact her when it was time to sell. The market certainly was not at its strongest point during our listing, but we felt Maria and her team did their best to present the condo. And we always felt that she was being honest and realistic with us, especially given the real estate climate. Where some agents would’ve just listed for as much as they could hoping to gain the commission, Maria worked with us to adjust the pricing according to market conditions, and we were finally able to make the sale. Given the fact that the condo was not our permanent address, it was important for us to have an agent that would be responsive and available to us remotely. Maria was certainly that. On that same note, it was important to have someone trustworthy, and we always had complete faith in Maria during the entire process.
