•Working with Kim Hanushek was genuinely the best experience we could’ve asked for. From the beginning of our time with her, she always made sure we were the most informed buyers out there, giving us a great amount of resources and sitting us down to talk through all the different loans and all information needed to buy a house in the our state. Not only that, but as we worked with Kim, she was willing to sit down and talk us through every line of every document that we received, even lengthy builder contracts, that we would have not know anything about if Kim hadn’t talked us through it. At every turn, Kim found ways to negotiate and have constant communication with the seller, attorneys, inspectors, loan originators. It didn’t matter who it was that we needed contact, she was always willing and even on it before we could even ask her. As first time home buyers, my wife and I didn’t know the fullness of what we were getting into, but she constantly made sure we were confident in our choices and that we were fully informed. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor experience, and are extremely blessed that we found Kim Hanushek! If you are looking for a go-getter realtor, that will make sure you secure the house, look no further than Kim Hanushek.
