My wife and I were looking to purchase a home in Bend and we worked closely with Tiffany Vasquez. In selecting a real estate agent to work with, we wanted someone who knew the market dynamics in Bend but also would be committed to finding the right house for us. Tiffany did all of this and was a pleasure to work with. In short, she did an outstanding job for us. We really appreciated how she focused on the following tactics: • She understood our goal of downsizing from our previous Bend home into something with less maintenance • She was very helpful in assisting us in working through inspections, reports, and negotiations while we were traveling on the East Coast • She provided us custom video tours, walkthroughs, and regular updates throughout the process • Her communication was clear and consistent from start to finish • Finally, her knowledge of inspections, construction and specific builders in Discovery West was critically important Overall, she was instrumental in helping us find our new home in Discovery West.
