We have worked with Stephanie twice now and each time she has gone above and beyond with us. Whether it's "fighting" on our behalf over unexpected problems, or helping push along the process, the process of moving has become much easier! We won't work with anyone else!

This will be the 2nd time we've worked with Stephanie and as always, it went great! She's super friendly and fights for you if something didn't go as planned!

Stephanie was a pleasure to work with. I explained to her my situation at hand, she was able to make everything possible. Stephanie was fast with answers and great updates. She made this a great experience. She also informed the lender and get them going. I would recommend and urge anyone to use her for their realtor.

My realtor, Betty was absolutely wonderful! Betty was extremely professional, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the entire process of the advertisement and sale of my home. Betty, was always available to answer any and all questions I may have had with the upmost kindness and respect. I would highly recommend Betty to anyone interested in selling or buying a new home. You will not be disappointed. Betty you are the BEST!!

Betty was absolutely wonderful to work with in finding the perfect first home for my family here in Indiana. Even though I was a bit particular, she remained patient, attentive, and fully dedicated to helping us find *the* one. Her expertise was invaluable—she pointed out details I never would have considered on my own, saving us from potential costly mistakes. I’m so grateful for her guidance and support throughout the process and would wholeheartedly recommend her—whether you’re buying your very first home or your fifth.

I bought two houses and sold two houses with Betty. She did an amazing job going above and beyond! I am not the easiest to work with when I am spending money but she understood and made the process easy. If you want a realtor who will do an amazing job for you Betty is the one and only. Thank you Betty for a great job and keep up the good work. Billy

I have used Phil on a few houses now and he also helped my parents. Phil always goes the extra mile. For this house Phil actually went in and help with fixing a few items since my wife and I moved to Florida and we're not able to do it ourselves. Thank you Phil for everything you have done for us.

Phil is very knowledgeable and is always a step ahead of where you need to be. If I ever decide to move from this house I will gladly call Phil again. I have recommended Phil to my friends and family already.
