David made the entire process of selling our late mom's house incredibly smooth and as stress free as possible. His market knowledge is exceptional. He priced the property competitively. The staging, photos and description of the home brought out it's best selling points. Communication was always clear and timely. He answered all of our questions and handled any of our concerns with patience and made us feel at ease. When a potential issue came up during an inspection, his problem solving skills and negotiating abilities ensured the deal stayed on track. An accepted offer was received within a week and a half of listing. David truly went above and beyond from listing to closing our mom's home.
