David was a great agent, is a great person and we could not have found a better person to guide us through our first buying experience. First he was funny, informed, and willing to strategize with us through the process. He had stories, technical information, and a good eye for houses within our range and requirements. He was personal and it felt like we were working on a project together with a good friend. And when he didn't have an answer he was active to get it, and smart people say "I don't know, but I'll find out" and that says it all about the intelligence and character of the man. We could not recommend him more.

David Elder at Carole Edwards Realty is an outstanding real estate agent! From the first meeting David was very professional yet warm and friendly. David made the entire process of selling our late mom's house incredibly smooth and as stress free as possible. His market knowledge is exceptional. He priced the property competitively. The staging, photos and description of the home brought out it's best selling points. Communication was always clear and timely. He answered all of our questions and handled any of our concerns with patience and made us feel at ease. When a potential issue came up during an inspection, his problem solving skills and negotiating abilities ensured the deal stayed on track. An accepted offer was received within a week and a half of listing. David truly went above and beyond from listing to closing our mom's home.
