Originally our dream was to own a home with horse property. We where looking for no smaller than a 3 bedroom home with a nice size backyard for our 2 kids. We wanted a home that was move in ready and not too many major jobs. When we started looking the houses where looking good but farther in we seen it wasn't going to be possible so we sat down and wrote out what our next best option would be.
