This is our third transaction with Charisse, she found us our rental and negotiated to our terms when we were just starting out, found us our condo when we were ready to grow and in this transaction sold our condo and found us our family home. She listened to every request I had and went above and beyond to get us in on impossible listing appointments. She met us at all hours of the day and truly made us feel like we were her most important clients, when we knew she had so many she was working with. In the end she found us the perfect home for our family, larger than we planned and right in our price range. I was serious about selling my property but really unsure about what it's true market value was. I filled out a interest form on the internet not really expecting much. The next morning, Charisse contacted me and explained how she could assist me. Initially, I declined her offer since I got some basic information off the internet but she explained how she could provide a no obligation, no cost, "Net Sheet" which would explain in full detail what I would expect to pay in selling my home and what my net proceeds would be. I felt comfortable with her genuine interest in my well being so I set up an appointment. Charisse and her business partner arrived on time and were very professional and respectful of the property. They surveyed the property, asked a few questions, took a couple pictures and within a day or so presented me with full details on what I could expect. I felt her information was accurate, fair for the property, considered current market trends and surrounding properties. What I found helpful was her research used facts related to the market to set my expectations about the properties potential. In turn, I could set a realistic asking price and not an emotional one. I had never met her before she reached out to me following my Internet search but in the short time I knew her she gained my confidence. I put my trust in her and her business partners and embarked on a journey together to sell my home and purchase a new home. Within weeks, I had multiple offers, was provided guidance throughout the process and kept informed in all aspects of the transaction. The sell went off without any issues and the purchase on the other side was just as smooth. I now receive periodic updates about the market from a monthly newsletter and I'm so glad we met and I put my trust in her.
