GREAT AGENT! Very efficient, he is a problem-solver but ensure everything recorded on paper.

Johny Guan is very good real estate agent; unfortunately, lol this particular sale experience was just the worst one but this very knowledgeable REA managed all very well it! Always smiling, immensely strong and smart, this real-estate agent will certainly make your sale fly-through, and you will stay in awe! However, ensure things are recorded down the paper and there will be no "surprises" at the end! Make sure you read it and it’s in your hands whether to make it happen the best way - “JG way”
