My wife and I have bought and sold many homes together over the years. Nothing has been as easy and painless as the process was with Rhonda & her team. Rhonda listened to all of our requirements and did it at our pace & timing. We literally had a contract in a matter of a few days and closed soon after. At home in Ocala
I worked with Rhonda looking at different neighborhoods in Ocala to determine which area would be the best fit for me. After deciding on the location,we looked at a number of homes and eventually made the decision to buy. Throughout the process, Rhonda was always available for a call and would respond promptly to texts and emails. Her expertise and knowledge of the home buyer process was a great help.I would definitely recommend Rhonda as your next Realtor.

Professional BUT more personal attention to completion details of builder would have helped us.
We would NOT have closed on the home if we were there in person it will be a long time before home will be fixed to our standards. Windows are being replaced, drywall mess in almost every room need to be re done, and now that it has furniture and has been decorated the mess will be atrocious. All I would have needed was a personal call we would have came early in person and closed later on home. I would NEVER recommend closing 😔 a home 'not in person'.

Kind and fair negotiator
Rhonda is a very patient and generous realtor. She was very willing to give up personal time to help us with our sale and was extremely honest and fair when she needed to be for both sides of buying and selling. We would recommend Rhonda as a realtor to anyone looking in general Ocala area.

Several offers in 3 days after live
I had worked with Rhonda Buckner before. So I knew I was getting a highly knowledgeable realtor. When I called her, she quietly asked me what I needed. She set up listing appointment, helped me do dishes in my kitchen for listing photos becauseI wasn't quite prepared, and went over paperwork. Three days after listing went live, we had multiple offers over price! Closing gave us immediate funds, paid off debt, and put us on our way to a new life! Rhonda knows Ocala! Go with her!
