Rhonda was great during the entire purchase process. She is very knowledgeable and helped us through every step, from showing us 20 different homes to advising on potential issues to offer/acceptance to closing. We recommend that you choose Rhonda - you won't regret it!

Rhonda explained in detail what I needed to do. How to read certain charts. What to expect about the selling market whether it was going up or down and why. Rhonda always made time for questions and answers. I always felt secure that she knew what she was doing. She always said to me to relax because she knew my home would be sold. Rhonda was right! The closing is next week!

Rhonda was a great help to us as we were looking for a house to purchase in the Ocala area. We were moving from New England so we needed someone who knew the area and the market very well. She did all of the ground work and took us all around to look at multiple properties when we flew down. She knew how to handle the builders and handled the things that we couldn't do while we were out of state. We were very grateful for here expertise and her demeanor. She truly cares about those she works for.

My wife and I had a great experience working with Rhonda last year when we found ourselves searching for a home within a limited timeframe. We were truly grateful for her efficiency and dedication in helping us close on our house on time. Her communication was always prompt and clear, which made the process feel much more manageable. What really stood out was Rhonda’s deep knowledge of the area—not just the housing market, but also her network of trusted service providers, including inspectors, contractors, and property managers. Her support made the entire transition significantly easier. We highly recommend Rhonda to anyone looking for a reliable and resourceful real estate agent!

My family was looking for a home and didn't know where to start. Being introduced to Mrs. Buckner was the best choice for us. She went above and beyond to make sure that we were presented with every option in purchasing our home. She made herself available whenever we needed her and was very patient. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking to purchase a home.

My experience with Rhonda Buckner was very positive. Even though the property we were selling was modest, I never felt like we were getting any less than full service from Rhonda. She spent time touring the property and taking tons of pictures to present it in the best light. Communication was prompt and clear. It felt at all times like Rhonda was really on top of things. She helped make the entire process, from listing, to offers, to closing, seamless and stress-free. I would definitely recommend Rhonda Buckner for your real estate needs.

Excellent market knowledge, great communication... I was kept informed through the whole process of selling my properties. Rhonda helped me with the sale of several properties and I was always kept in the loop of what was happening. Very down to earth and easy to talk to with great advice and understanding of any questions or concerns I may have. I will continue to use Rhonda as my preferred agent and refer her to anyone looking to buy or sell property.
