We couldn't have asked for more. We reach out to David as a top Realtor in Healdsburg and then we did more research and found Jonathan and then we realized they worked together so we ended up with two of the best agents forthe price of one! Efficient process to get our house sold quickly for a great price. We could not have asked for more

Late 2025 we decided to relocate from NOVA to Sonoma county and enlisted the help of Jeff Catomer. With the priceless help of Jeff, we generated a short list and visited early March for a week. Jeff patiently guided us through about 2 dozen properties, resulting in a couple of offers. Unfortunately, we lost out in bidding wars. Jeff figured out very quickly what we were looking for and continued the house hunt remotely. In early April Jeff presented 1145 Portello Lane to us. He visited the property and did a virtual walk through via mobile phone and answered a gazillion of our questions. We decided to make an offer and Jeff's analysis was very helpful in determining the offer price. Our offer was accepted the following day, closed a couple of weeks later and moved in end of May 2026 after a 1 month rent-back period. Throughout the journey Jeff consistently went above and beyond. He never took any short cuts and always went the extra mile. We would describe him as pro-active and very responsive. To us, he isn't just a buyer agent. We experienced him as absolutely trustworthy fiduciary, and because of this quality, we had the trust to buy site unseen and we would do it again. Since Jeff grew up in Sonoma county, he brings unparalleled local knowledge to the table. This helped us to optimize our search and find exactly the property in a location that met our requirements. We had a fantastic experience working with David on our recent home purchase in Healdsburg. His local market knowledge is unmatched, and he made sure our interests were protected every step of the way. He kept us informed, answered our questions swiftly, and made a complex process feel smooth and stress-free. We wouldn't hesitate to work with him again. He's professional, responsive, and highly recommended!

I would recommend Jeff to anyone who is looking to purchase a home. Jeff was always available to discuss our plan and he handled all of the logistics for us including helping us schedule inspections, repairs, etc. I would use Jeff again if we ever needed to sell or buy.

We cannot recommend Jonathan highly enough! Throughout our search for a property in Wine Country, Jonathan was an invaluable partner. One of his greatest strengths is his deep local knowledge; he helped us understand the nuances of various microclimates and guided us toward the cities that were the perfect fit for our specific needs and lifestyle. Jonathan was incredibly available and flexible, always making time to take us to see houses and answer our many questions, even on short notice. He was super responsive and transparent throughout the entire process, which gave us so much peace of mind. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, we were able to buy our dream home. If you are looking for an agent who is knowledgeable, communicative, truly invested in your goals (And with a great sense of humor!) , Jonathan is the person for you! If I could give him 5,000 stars out of 5, I would.

Jonathan was recommended very highly by my sister. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to negotiate and get the best price for me. He was very professional and at the same time friendly and always able to answer any of my questions. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family.

Jeff is a great realtor! I appreciate all the help and patience while helping me buy my house. One thing I like is his clear communication. He’s upfront and won’t sugarcoat things. He is very tentative and truly listens to his clients needs/wants. He showed me several properties and always answered all my questions. He is knowledgeable and respectful. I definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy their first home.

Jeff was professional and so personable. We were coming from out of town to look at properties and he made himself available whenever we needed him. His knowledgeable of Sonoma county helped us find homes that fit our needs. Jeff also helped us find professionals to help with a 1031 exchange and setting up properties for rental. Jeff and his team were trustworthy, honest and a pleasure to work with.

My husband and I just bought our first home and Jeff was our realtor. Honestly, we didn't know what we didn't know going in and Jeff was patient with all of it. Whenever a house caught our attention he'd get us the disclosures right away, scheduled showings without any hassle and always got back to us quickly when we had questions — which was a lot. He engaged with the seller's agents and worked really hard to keep us informed. He really knows the Santa Rosa market and had great insight into the different neighborhoods. That kind of local knowledge helped us feel like we were making an informed decision. He took the time to actually explain things instead of just pushing us through the process. As first-time buyers that made a huge difference. We never felt lost or rushed, even though it took us nearly 8 months to find the right home. Would absolutely recommend Jeff to anyone, especially if it's your first time buying.

We worked with David and his team to purchase a vacation rental property in Kenwood. David helped us zero in on the best areas in Sonoma county and after touring a fair number of houses, ultimately helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He and his team continued to be a great resource throughout the inspections and final negotiations. We highly recommend David Hargreaves.
