I’ve spent A LOT of time with Krishna over the course of our year long search for the “perfect home”. The first thing I told her when I called inquiring about buying a home was “I’m REALLY picky!”…I wasn’t kidding, which she soon found out. Her response was “That’s good, so am I!”. I’m not sure if she knew what she was getting herself into, but I’m glad she took me in and guided me through the whole process. Krishna makes the complicated and stressful home buying process as smooth and easy as possible. I was a 1st time homebuyer and was very nervous about the whole process. I had a bad experience with a previous realtor & Krishna came as a recommendation from a friend. After our 1st phone conversation I felt good about my decision to switch. She listened to my needs and wants when it came to homes. She also took the time to explain each step to me once I found the home I wanted (& eventually got)! I work during the day so it was nice to not have to deal with inspections, she made everything seamless. She also gave great recommendations for the warranty, insurance, and alarm company! We were so fortunate to have found Ms. Prado to guide and help us buy our first home. We went through two horrible realtor which gave us very bad experience and we almost called it quits on the house hunting, until we were blessed with Ms. Prado.
