When we started our journey of securing a new home that would meet our family's growing needs during inflation as a result of a global pandemic, we knew it'd be no easy feat. I’ve spent A LOT of time with Krishna over the course of our year long search for the “perfect home”. The first thing I told her when I called inquiring about buying a home was “I’m REALLY picky!”…I wasn’t kidding, which she soon found out. Her response was “That’s good, so am I!”. I’m not sure if she knew what she was getting herself into, but I’m glad she took me in and guided me through the whole process. Krishna makes the complicated and stressful home buying process as smooth and easy as possible. Krishna’s knowledge and expertise helped educate me on what I truly needed in a home (a light in the shower! Ha!). She’s professional and extremely witty, which made the process fun. In the end, we got the “perfect home”, with a very necessary light in the shower! While I’m sad I’m losing someone to tour retired trap houses with, I’m happy to say I’ve gained a friend in Krishna! Working with Krishna to sell our home was a wonderful experience. Krishna is knowledgeable and professional. She kept us informed during the whole process, which was very important to us. Selling and/or buying can be a very stressful process and by staying in touch and keeping us informed, Krishna eliminated the stress.

I was a 1st time homebuyer and was very nervous about the whole process. I had a bad experience with a previous realtor & Krishna came as a recommendation from a friend. After our 1st phone conversation I felt good about my decision to switch. She listened to my needs and wants when it came to homes. She also took the time to explain each step to me once I found the home I wanted (& eventually got)! I work during the day so it was nice to not have to deal with inspections, she made everything seamless. She also gave great recommendations for the warranty, insurance, and alarm company! If I go through this process again it will be with her. I've already recommended her to others.

I bought my first house with Krishna. She helped me through the entire process and went above and beyond for me to get the house. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house because I don’t make a whole lot of money and she found me a house that works for me with the size and finances that fit my life.
