•It was our pleasure working with Danielle Paluscio as our agent during our first homebuying purchase. We were primarily looking at historic homes in the midtown and uptown Phoenix areas, therefore there was a huge learning curve as first-time home buyers! Danielle guided us throughout this process, helping us to evaluate which aspects of the homes required expensive repairs vs minor fixes. Communication during the process was consistent and reliable. In terms of negotiation, this is where Danielle really shines! She used her market knowledge to give us realistic expectations, however whenever it came time to negotiate (initial offer, counter offer, repairs, even final walk-through), she really went to bat for us. We were happy to have Danielle's support and advocacy throughout this process.
