Our home and our personal needs were handled with professionalism and care. She’s the absolute best in my book. We have lived many places and sold over 10 homes. Maryann tops the list. We plan on becoming snowbirds in a few years and we will absolutely be using her services again.

I was impressed with Kerry Hegarty the moment I talked to her on the phone. Her market knowledge of my area and my community was so far above and beyond the other Realtors I had interviewed I knew right away I was making the right decision to list my property with Kerry Hegarty and Bright Realty. I met Kerry at the home so she could view the property and her ideas of what to keep or remove from the house to help us put our best foot forward were spot on. Kerry had a professional photographer at my house the next day and might I say after reviewing the finished photos, drone shots, sunset shots, I wanted to buy the house again myself! Kerry accompanied all showings and presented me with a full price offer after only 8 days on the market and only 5 showings. Thanks for everything you did Kerry to get my place sold and to closing so smoothly. I will refer everyone I know to you in the market to buy or sell a home. I will also gladly leave a review regarding your outstanding service and hand holding during the purchase of my new home if you send me a request. Thanks again for everything you did for me and my family! Scott Stansbury

Thanks to the professionalism of Ms. Fenton I not only purchased the house of my dreams but, from her knowledge of the area she guided me to an enchanted lifestyle. While purchasing a home out of state is always a challenge she lead me each step of the way. Local taxes, real estate attorneys, demographics and local gossip all help us look at, purchase and close without a hitch. I would certainly recommend Ms. Fenton to anyone either looking to buy or sell.

I have been involved in not less than 20 real estate transactions and Bill made the most recent process effortless and enjoyable. His representation was professional and friendly, his execution meticulous and his negotiating skills resulted in a completely unexpected and favorable outcome in the final days of bringing closure to my transaction. I recommend Bill most highly.
