•It has been over a year trying to sell this house with another agent. There was practically no action on the house. I saw the Ideal Agent ad on TV, so we thought we might try it and see what it was all about. Immediately, we got Kelly and she responded very professionally. She set up the pictures, video, and information on the house with the best. In one week she showed it to three people; one made an offer, and now the house is sold! There were issues that had to be worked out, and she solved them very knowledgeable and professionally. We are so glad we got her for our agent, and we will highly recommend her to anyone who needs help buying or selling a house.
