First let me thank Ms Katey for doing a great job in selling some vacant land that I had inherited from my parents, thank you very much. I picked Ms Katey out of several agents on Google because of her picture, she was smiling, and second because I had no idea how to pronounce her last name, a decision I shall never regret. I called Ms Katey on a Sunday thinking I would leave a message to expect a return call and to my great surprise she answered her phone! I gave her my information the following week she returned my call with the information she had researched, along with mailing a much more detailed hard copy, explaining how she felt was the best way to proceed. Ms Katey was up front with numbers, time she felt it might take and she carried through with what she said when she said she would. Through out the sales process she never failed to answer or return a call, quickly, and if need be she would research an issue for me and get back with the answer in a very timely manner. I will recommend Ms Katey to anyone who is looking to sell or buy in Florida, she went above and beyond what I expected from someone a 1000 miles away on a vacant lot that I had never seen!
