Todd made me feel so relaxed and confident that he had my best interest in mind. i thought I would have to have my brother who lives in ST. Augustine be with me every step of the way, but iti was completely unnecessary because Todd did such a great job. I will always be grateful. I also really appreciated his recommending Mark Bradfield for repairs, I think he an fix everything. Mike Ferguson was also recommended for the estate sale and he has been great helping me prepare for that.
