He will tell you what to do to help the house present better, and he will give you recommendations for the type of help you need, but also understands what can be left alone, since not all $$$ spent will increase the bottom line. He is a very nice, kind, thoughtful person, and extremely helpful. He will go the extra mile to help you. He also communicates quickly and well, and stays in touch through all parts of the process.

As a long distance seller (selling my Mom's house 6 hours from my house) there is always apprehension because you are "Not There". From the start of this process, Trey took time to listen to my needs and reassured me the lines of communication were open at all times. He laid out his plan for prepping and staging the house and adjusted to my ever changing travel schedule. The house was videoed and photographed to my satisfaction resulting in a bid the first open house we had. The closing was handled without any glitches in a seamless process and all parties waked out with a win-win feeling.
