A realtor on the ball on everything
I met Brenda in December and she did cart wheels to come to an agreement and do everything in a timely matter I remember it was Christmas Eve and that’s when the seller agreed on the negotiating on my house 🏡. She is awesome

Best Agent I've Dealt With
Brenda Draper is an intelligent, hard-working, savvy broker. She knows what’s out there when you’re looking to buy and she knows what to do when you’re ready to sell. Brenda always takes the time to stop and truly listen to her customers. I’ve dealt with her several times, most recently to buy a beautiful home on October 5, 2018. She walked me through every step, recommended multiple contractors/vendors to get estimates and always, always called me back when I needed answers. My fiancé is a property manager and we have dealt with dozens of realtors over the years. Brenda takes top spot on our list, outshining the others by a mile.

Spectacular!

Very Knowledgeable
Brenda was the consummate professional. Always available to answer questions and guided us through the purchasing process without issues. She watched out for our interests, she was easy going and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the the sale and local real estate market. Erica was an amazing agent
Erica was an amazing agent. She moved the process along very quickly and we closed on the agreed date. We really liked how she would always return our phone calls/emails when we had a question or concern. She was a fabulous negotiater who is truly there to support the buyer. We found the home of our dreams and have her to thank for making this possible. We highly recommend Erica especially if you are looking for a house in the Trinity Area.
