Overall wonderful experience. Lots of ups and downs with the lender (my fault, I should have listened to Brenda) but I am happy I had Brenda in my corner. Brenda knew exactlty the state of the Dunedin real estate market. I was kept up to date on all closing aspects. Professioal help was needed for items in the condo and she had contacts for the situations to be handled in a timely manner. Since I had to be out of town on an emergency prior to closng, Brenda did my job communicating with the homeowner's association preparing paper work and assisting with manditory fees. Erica did all that you would expect from a great Realtor, she is very knowledgeable of the industry, the market, and the laws. It is the unexpected that impressed me most about working with Erica while purchasing our new home and selling our existing home. On both sides she went way above what would be expected. She helped us finding EXACTLY what we wanted in a new home and fought for us to make sure we got a great value. She also went overboard helping us to prepare our existing home to get the most out of the sale. We could not be any happier with the experience. She was responsive and easy to communicate with every step of the way, never did we have to wait for her to return a call or answer a question she was on top of everything from day one. I would highly recommend her, if you want to get the best value for what you are buying, and if you want the most money possible for what you are selling!
