Brenda knew exactlty the state of the Dunedin real estate market. I was kept up to date on all closing aspects. Professioal help was needed for items in the condo and she had contacts for the situations to be handled in a timely manner. Since I had to be out of town on an emergency prior to closng, Brenda did my job communicating with the homeowner's association preparing paper work and assisting with manditory fees. Erica did all that you would expect from a great Realtor, she is very knowledgeable of the industry, the market, and the laws. It is the unexpected that impressed me most about working with Erica while purchasing our new home and selling our existing home. On both sides she went way above what would be expected. She helped us finding EXACTLY what we wanted in a new home and fought for us to make sure we got a great value.
