•We are extremely fortunate to have had Kelly Karls help us find a home in the Lexington KY area as we relocated from out of state. She is very knowledgeable about the market in Lexington proper and all the surrounding areas. We were not certain if we wanted to settle within the city or in a surrounding rural area. Kelly was able to provide us good options to consider in all these various areas. She was very patient and willing to show us all around the Lexington area as we struggled to make a decision. Her knowledge and input really helped us confidently make our decision. Given that we were relocating from out of state, we were so appreciative of Kelly's willingness to coordinate activity with the seller agent and title company throughout the close. She also gave us contractor referrals for the remodeling we decided to do on the new home. We feel great about our move to Lexington, and Kelly is a big reason why.
