We had a great experience with Kayla! We're first time home owners and purchasing a home in the Asheville area can be tough these days! We found the house we wanted and within a week we were under contract. Kayla was always available to answer any questions we had. She was there when we had our walk thru with the home inspectors all the way to the end when we signed papers and received our keys to our home. She's very professional and gets things done! We contacted Kayla from several states away looking for a vacation home. She was extremely responsive, went out of her way to assist us and was readily available. We worked with her for months, communicating and looking on-line a various properties. She provided information and insight into the area, was willing to write up several offers and even did video walk throughs for us. When we finally found the property we purchased, she was there to assist and handle the inspections and closing for us from long distance. So appreciative of her time, energy, knowledge and assistance. It never would have happened without her. Thanks Kayla!
