Angie, was a pleasure to work with. First we discussed our wish list and budget. Since we lived out of state she wasted no time viewing homes she thought fit our needs and within budget. If the home was everything as advertised, she would then facetime us and we would tour the home. With the market being so hot, she was quick on new listings and getting the homes in front of us. Angie is very knowledgeable about the area and knows her stuff. There was not one question or issue she did not address. Angie was recommended by a friend and immediately, I asked Angie for an assist with finding a house in Dunedin FL. She, in turn, jumped on the Request, started scheduling houses to see, even in a tight market, as well as providing a computer listing of houses in the area, along with photos. She was always extremely responsive to my questions, drove me around to numerous houses, was extremely responsive to seeing and showing houses, worked diligently and worked closely with listing agents and owners to get me a fantastic deal...I closed on one of the houses Angie showed me on 18 Nov 2020. She even made me a pie for me and provided boxes for my move. Above and beyond the call! Angela helped us find the perfect home. Always patient and willing to go the extra steps to secure viewings. When we asked questions about a property she would go out of her way to get us the answers quickly. Being out of state for portions of our search she would face-time with us and give us a real feel for the property. We chose to have Jb as our realtor when we decided to buy a lot and have our retirement home built here in Florida primarily because she is our daughter and it is her line of work. However, what she accomplished in terms of suggestions in how to make use of the space in our home, what materials to use, the designs she made for our kitchen, our master bedroom including our bathroom and walk-in closet ,the set up of the flow in our home from the entry in front to the backyard is so beautiful that no words could fully explain what we felt the moment we finally entered our home. We realized then the long extended hours she put into this project from its conception to its final product. It was a work of pride and the goal of truly living up to her ideals of full client satisfaction. We are indeed very proud and very happy of her accomplishments that we are currently making use of her expertise in furnishing our home.
