Curt helped us with the process of buying a home through two hurricanes and we still managed to close on time. He was very helpful in finding resources and getting answers to all our questions.

Curt was wonderful in helping me find my first home and easing my concerns and stress levels! Initially, he was diligent and consistent in sending listings daily or keeping me updated on where the market was if no listings were posted that day. I was searching for my home in the peak of the market craziness and Curt was always reassuring and helped me feel confident something would come along within my price range. He was always good to drive wherever the properties were I was interested in, even though it was often a far distance. He was helpful in collaborating with the sales manager in the community I ended up purchasing a new townhome from. His communication helped to facilitate the buying process and make it as smooth as possible when I wasn't able to speak with her myself given the odd hours I have at work. I would highly recommend Curt to anyone currently in the market to buy a new home.
