We are first time home buyers and we really did not know what to expect about the whole home buying process. We found Jim online and he had really helped us since day one, he made the whole process less stressful and was always prompt in responding to questions. He had the same energy from the first house we saw in Sharon until we finally saw the 20th house that we bought. He really is a buyer's agent and would point out things that as first time home buyers, would not even think of. He never made us feel rushed and would not push on anything.
