My wife and I picked Miss Cox out of three realtors. We made the right choice. She went above and beyond, by helping us. We were out of state for the whole process and she answered every time we called. It helped alleviate the stress of not being there. Miss Cox even met and let in our a.c. repairman. She helped us find a landscaper to clean up the yard before selling. Going as far as supervisoring the work on the yard. This is one of the things that helped sell the house in less then a week. Going as far as taking the last water bill to the water company to shut off the water. Miss Cox experience was invaluable!! My wife and I wish we had her here in New Orleans to help us find our new home.
