This was my second time using Donna Cox to sell my property. The first time was a bit easier because it was a seller's market. This time was completely different. Donna went so far above and beyond for us. It was unbelievable. Her knowledge of the market second to none. She knew everybody involved. We had a closing that stretched out for 20 some days and she got us through that and she even dealt with the water department because we had already left, I've sold houses in multiple States and Donna is probably the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with in my life. Donna helped us find our new home, showed us numerous homes, but provided the insight needed to select one that had most value for our needs and insured that it met current requirements to obtain lowest Homeowners Insurance coverage, something that has become a big deal in Florida. She made the process painless, and she provided the answers to all the questions I posed and was our interface with the owner. She provided help in setting up our Utilities, finding an electrician and other support to help us work through the transition to our new Home and surroundings. We interviewed four local Real Estate agents; Donna Cox was Superior. She displayed tremendous market knowledge and industry insight. She listened carefully to our unique situation and made a great deal of notes with diagrams. She gave us specific tasks for improving the presentation of our custom home.
