Excellent Agent to work with, tailors the experience to your needs

This is the third time we have worked with Dan, and will continue to choose him whenever possible. This sale started with another agent, who was more local to the area we were selling in. However, after nearly 8 months on the market and 4 failed contracts. We asked Dan to step in to try and sell the property, within 2 months we we in contract and just closed. Having someone like Dan, communicating with the buyers, and their agent really does help move things along, I can't express how great of an experience it was working with Dan.

Couldn’t be happier

We have worked with Dan for both buying and selling properties over the past few years. He is incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the process. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry and goes above and beyond to ensure that you have all of your questions answered and are informed throughout the entire process. We used his recommendations for additional items like our inspections and correcting some items - all were professional and capable. We will always go with Dan for any future real estate needs.

I cannot imagine anyone but Danny as my agent 💜

Danny went above and beyond my expectations! Explained everything as we went and worked hard to sell my house as soon as possible and at the asking price.

Good, patient work regarding a complicated situation.

Beth has taken on the job of helping us liquidate properties in a trust that was left by my brother to his kids. The property that was just sold was very unusual and needed exactly the right buyer. Beth patiently worked through several potential buyers until she found the right one. She has become a trusted advisor to my nieces and nephew, and we look forward to working with her on selling the remaining properties in the trust. Lew Carbone, Trustee
