Tiffany and I have had some good and bad luck with our experience. The original home I was to purchase fell through due to the age of the manufactured housing, nothing we did. We then tried searching for rentals and that was an absolute bust due to price, location, or the place was just yucky. In my frustration I asked her about the place that I own now. She let me know I am still qualified for my VA loan, she set things up and we went and viewed the place. I am absolutely thrilled with the purchase, although the HOA has given her and I grief, but she continued to stay on hold until we could get a person with a pulse to finally pick up a phone and answer it.
