She did a great job on breaking down how buying a house works. Joy also showed us avalibe grants I could qualify for. Joy was very quick with answering any question I had and even drawling up my contract agreement. Joy also showed me house that were what suited my needs. If I were to buy a house again, i would hesitate to call her.

We initiated the process about 7 years ago. At first we viewed homes and then went into some years of tracking homes on the MLS through her web site. Once we started our search again in earnest last Fall, Mrs. Berquist was helpful, patient and thorough. Though we have excellent credit and had been without a mortgage for some years, the mortgage process required many cases of providing the same documents, multiple times to different individuals within the same bank. She was professional and unfazed by the multiple requests. Closing went off without a hitch and we had the keys a few days later. If you are looking for a lake house, we heartily recommend her.
