We were not from the Sandusky area but we were moving from 2 hours away. We contacted Joy and she got back with us very shortly after we left her a message. We felt like she truly cared about finding us a home from the very first conversation. We had given her a list of properties to look at and the more she got to know our needs she had figured out what we were looking for. She even told us that one house wouldn’t be in a good area for our Daugther to purchase because of the area. She was totally correct. It wasn’t about making a sale but finding the best home for our needs. We appreciated that since we didn’t know the area. We would refer anyone to using her as their realtor.
