•Nicole was amazing from the start! As a first time homebuyer, it was reassuring to consult someone with such an extensive knowledge, who also talked us through every step along the way. She really got to know what Charity and I were looking for in a home, but she also got to know us as people. Many thoughtful gestures and encouraging words let us know that we were appreciated and reassured us when we weren't sure if the right house would come. We had a small budget and big expectations, yet Nicole stayed patient, kind, and diligent in finding us a home. I appreciated that she would often reach out when she saw new things come onto the market even though she also set up a portal to automatically notify us. She was very willing to show us homes all the time; her flexibility with scheduling was nothing short of incredible. She definitely made us feel as if we were her main priority. Nicole is very knowledgeable about the market and processes in buying a home. She did not push us into anything, she helped us understand what we didn't know, and it always felt like she was working for us. I would recommend her to anyone!
