We expected our relocation from one side of the country to the other to be a nightmare but quickly realized we were working with true professional who made the experience a dream! Kim is intuitive, takes the time to understand her client's true needs, is extremely knowledgeable about local real estate market and is a negotiation wizard. Our move started in March and went right into Covid-19 national shut downs. Kim went above and beyond to help us find a great house. From looking at homes in person to her conducting virtual tours that were informative and ultimately leading to our purchase. Kim's knowledge of the market and quick adjustment to our changing preferences, which changed a lot, was great. It was not easy, we looked at many homes and took several months but found our new home. She than went above and beyond by recommending us a contractor to work on projects we wanted to complete around the house. The contractor was A+! One of the best I dealt with. We couldn't have asked for anything more in a REAL professional realtor and a friend. Pam is genuinely a one of kind outstanding, honest, hard working professional. We had our home on the market with another realtor for a year with mediocre effort in selling/marketing our home and got multiple lousy offers. We decided to give Pam a call after the contract ended. Sooooo glad we did and wished we had 1 year ago.
