Cynthia was exemplary in every way in a very challenging situation. This home was part of an Estate, and had been vacant for several years. Additionally, as the Executor of the Estate, I was several thousand miles away. From start to finish, Cynthia was knowledgeable and upbeat, with an energetic and can-do attitude, as we tackled a multitude of repair issues to get the property ready for sale. Cynthia had contacts with excellent vendors to accomplish those repairs. Once we were able to put the property on the market, Cynthia provided excellent counsel regarding pricing, negotiation of multiple offers, and management of the closing process. Her careful attention to detail, organization, excellent judgment, dogged determination and exemplary diligence made the entire process not only manageable but enjoyable.
