This listing and sale was handled in a very professional manner throughout. The home sold on the third day after listing for our full asking price. The most outstanding feature of the Squire Team was the marketing brochure that they produced. The photography was excellent and they produced a floor plan to scale (three levels) that was included in the brochure, as well as being available as separate documents for each level. They also included a costed-out list of our major improvements to illustrate the full value of the offering. This presentation of our home to the marketplace was better than anything we saw in our search for our new home.
