I was very lucky to have randomly chosen Susan as my realtor. I literally went to the Berkshire Hathaway website and randomly chose her from other realtor without having spoken to her or read her profile. I was in a rush to find a house. She responded immediately and the next day we went through what I was looking for and then she did all the work. She had a list for houses for me the next day and we were off looking the first day I was available. One thing about Susan is that she is always available for me. She is 1000%, yes I know there is no such thing, responsive to my phone calls, text messages, and voicemail. Also she is very patience. We literary looked at 15+ houses in one day and another 10 the next day. We did this for 3 weekends and weekdays. She is also very knowledgeable with the whole buying process. I felt like you was constantly reminding me to do my homework. It was nice to have someone looking out for me. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family. I know that I owe Susan this review since last October but I have be a serial procrastinator (I guess I can blame it on working on the new house). I know she will have a stellar career in real estate. She has the professional and most importantly, the personal touch for this fast pace business. Thank you, Susan. I love my house.
