Linda listened to what we wanted, she set us up with a portal to view houses the might interest us. She was available to answer any and all questions we had, and made the whole process a lot easier on us. When unsure of how to handle the negotiations, Linda would advise us that it was ok to negotiate, and that it was up to us if we wanted to. Linda was very professional and helpful with our purchase, she gave us advice, but was never pushing her ideas on us. It was a pleasure working with her

"A trusted friend recommended Linda. This friend is extremely picky, so if he had a good review of her, I knew she must be excellent. This process was easy with Linda, she gave great advice and had a professional photog and stager she works with who made the house look great for sale. Linda was always available to answer questions. She helped get the few items fixed which the buyer wanted done after inspection. Overall a great process without any headaches. I would happily use Linda again and certainly recommend her to anyone I knew who need to either sell or buy a home. Linda was the perfect agent!"

"Linda did a great job in the followup not just with us and the seller's but also the contractors and everyone else tied into making the deal happen. Linda is a fantastic agent. This is the 3rd deal I've done with her and she's done a great job every time. Linda is a great asset to the organization."

I have used Linda for one prior sale as well as my latest property, and both times she has been a pleasure to deal with. Linda is extremely knowledgeable and driven, always working to get the best value for my property. I have dealt with various agents over the years, and it's clear Linda is head and shoulders over above them. I would recommend Linda to any other buyer or seller that wants a dedicated, driven agent that is committed to get the best price for your property.

Linda was amazing. She had sold my parents house and I knew I had to get to her to sell my home. I had another broker who did nothing and fired her. Then I went right to Linda. She becomes a part of your family. She helped get our home ready for showings. It looked beautiful. Linda had a pre-inspection which I loved. I felt confident going into the sale. We has so many showings. At one time we had 5 families interested. We didn't even have time for an open house. I have and will always recommend Linda to everyone I know who are selling there homes or looking to buy. You are very lucky to have Linda as a part of your team. I cannot say enough about her. The buyer for our house had a VA loan. So it was a little more complicated. But with Linda everything went very smoothly. We had no problems. Linda had been hurt. She had operation, in a cast and crutches and lastly a boot on her foot. She still did everything she could to help us. She would hobble up on crutches showing our home and there was never a complaint. She was amazing. We have nothing to complain about. Linda helped us sell a home we had been in for 37 years. And she was very understanding about our feelings leaving our first home. We are now in our new home and are so happy. We love Linda and will always keep in touch with her. Dealing with a VA loan some more work had to be done and your office took care of everything.

Linda Johnson goes above and beyond, she doesn't sit around waiting for phone to ring, she makes it ring. Linda Johnson at her own expense, brings in a great stager and photographer, She put up with a very difficult buyer when others may have lost their cool, she stayed patient and got through a difficult closing

I had a wonderful experience working with Dorie as a first-time homebuyer. She is very knowledgeable about Delaware County, and she helped me through every step of the home buying process from start to finish. I am now enjoying my new home! Dorie is highly recommended!

I recently had a transaction with John. From beginning to end it went beautifully. His tremendous attention to detail and constant communication led to a smooth process for buyer and seller. Whether buying or selling one would be very fortunate to call John Dolceamore their Realtor.
